Arrange delivery before paying
Include your shipping or pickup preference in your creative brief. Candi will confirm whether the destination or pickup arrangement is available for your order. The website does not automatically quote shipping or promise service to every location.
Shipping prices
Shipping is separate from item prices. Candi will confirm an itemized total showing your items, shipping, and applicable sales tax before payment. Any revised charge following a change in delivery arrangements must be agreed with you first.
Production and transit time
Custom production and carrier transit are separate. Candi will confirm a production estimate and expected delivery arrangements with your order. If timing changes, she will contact you about next steps. Tell her about a birthday, holiday, or other deadline before paying; submitting a form does not guarantee express delivery or an arrival date.
Local pickup
Pickup is by prior arrangement only in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Candi will share the agreed location and time privately. Do not arrive without confirmation; this is a home-based business without a public walk-in storefront.
Addresses and delivery concerns
Provide a complete, accurate address when shipping is arranged. Notify Candi immediately if it needs correction; changes may not be possible after shipping. For a missing delivery or shipping damage, contact Candi with available order and tracking details so she can investigate and agree a resolution. See Returns & Refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
